I’m using the username and password you sent me, but when I try to log into WebAdvisor, it says “The credentials you provided cannot be determined to be authentic.”
This is probably because you are attempting to sign in through the School’s SSO (single sign on), which is not available to Evening Division students. In order to access WebAdvisor, you must go here: https://wa.juilliard.edu and click PARENT / EVENING DIVISION STUDENT LOGIN from the tabs along the top. If you click the regular LOG IN button, it will bring you to the SSO, which will not work.

I tried to change my password in Canvas by clicking the “Forgot Password” link, but it’s not working.
At this time, Evening Division students are unable to change their passwords. Juilliard is working directly with Canvas to resolve this.
This username is so hard to remember! Can’t I get an easier username?
The username is your first initial, last initial, plus your student ID number – which is found on the top of your ID card. So John Doe’s username would be jd0123456
When I try to reset the password for my WebAdvisor account, the email on the dropdown is my old email address. How can I update my email address?
Please contact the Evening Division Office at 212-299-5000 x273 or firstname.lastname@example.org to update your email address. Note: After you login, you can also update your email address and other demographic information on “My Contact Information.”
I have tried to login to the WebAdvisor website too many times with incorrect username or password. Now I get the message “Errors during transaction. Your account has been disabled due to too many incorrect login attempts.”
